Job summary

MODA PAOLO FOOTWEAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee daily operations, including customer service and finance, and to drive growth in a Singapore retail context.

The role requires at least five years of managerial exposure, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. You will manage HR, sales, and operations while pursuing new market opportunities and profit goals.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• A drive to reach sales and service goals.
• Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
• Well versed in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
