Job summary

MODA PAOLO FOOTWEAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the store team and execute the brand strategy in Singapore. You will manage daily retail operations, merchandising, and customer relations while training promoters and maintaining a compelling visual presentation.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in retail management, strong communication, and a keen fashion sense to stay aligned with current trends. Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail.
• Experience in retail operations and supplier liaison.
• Ability to train promoters and drive visual merchandising improvements.
• Strong fashion sense and up-to-date with current trends.
• Customer service oriented with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers.
• Work autonomously while following management strategy and direction.
• Maintain up-to-date fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
• Oversee retail operations, merchandising, and vendor liaison.
• Train promoters and improve visual merchandising to enhance the brand.
• Understand market, competitors and brand environment.
• Work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
• Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strongrelationships with sales team and customer.

• Good knowledge of retail business.
• Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.

• At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
• Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers,merchandising, etc.
• Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
• Customer service oriented.
