Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd is hiring a Branch Acquisition Executive to grow our retail banking client base by engaging customers at our branches across Singapore.

You'll identify prospects, qualify leads, and collaborate with branch staff to deliver a seamless customer experience while staying updated on bank products.

This full-time role offers a 5.5-day workweek, a base salary of SGD 2,100–2,300 with commissions, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail banking role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach and engagement efforts at branch locations.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with other branch staff to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the bank's products, services and promotions to effectively advise and inform customers.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer acquisition strategies and campaigns.
