Job summary

Phillip Investor Centre in Singapore seeks an experienced banking professional to lead branch operations, drive wealth management initiatives and promote financial literacy.

You will coach staff to achieve KPIs, ensure compliant client onboarding, and enhance customer service through effective oversight of processes and risk controls.

Requirements: 5–8 years in financial services, 3–5 years in supervision, degree in any discipline and CMFAS M1A/M5/M6/M6A/M8/M8A/M9/M9A and HI certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of working experience in financial industry with supervisory experience is preferred.
• CMFAS M1A, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI certifications preferred.
• Good financial product knowledge and high integrity are required.

Responsibilities

• Business planning & execution to meet Wealth Management KPIs.
• Promote financial literacy through seminars, tie-ups, and community involvement.
• Coaching / NBC role plays to improve client conversations.
• Deliver customer service and monitor branch service standards.
• Drive customer retention and acquisition through prompt handling of feedback/ complaints.
• Ensure compliance with money laundering prevention and KYC procedures.
• Comply with rules and controls including Fair Dealing and Balance Scorecard; maintain audit rating.
• Proactive mentoring and coaching of branch staff to achieve KPI targets.
• Manage training and development needs of staff.
• Facilitate account opening and servicing for Phillip clients.
