Job summary

Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited, a leading automotive group in Singapore, seeks an Officer - Customer Service to join the Mercedes-Benz customer service team. You will manage boutique and eShop sales and provide exceptional service to customers.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail service experience and strong communication. You will handle cashiering, inventory, reservations, and collaborate with sales to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with excellent customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service and knowledgeable insights to customers regarding merchandise
• Manage and drive promotions and sales for Boutique and eShop
• Assist customers in enquiries for boutique and eShop sales
• Handle cashiering duties, manage, and keep proper records of daily inventory figures and balance
• Organise and keep track on the boutique and eShop inventory level and re-stock when needed
• Manage reservation orders and proactively updating status to customers
• Ensure stock accuracy with monthly stock takes
• Support assist and to work with the customer service and sales teams to improve customer experience level
