Performance Motors Limited in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer (Motorrad) to deliver a welcoming showroom experience and support day-to-day reception, administrative, and retail sales activities.

You will greet walk-in customers, direct calls, assist with enquiries, coordinate showroom operations, maintain displays, and help promote Motorrad parts, merchandise, and lifestyle products. A friendly, customer-oriented attitude and solid MS Office skills are required.

Qualificações

• GCE O-Level and above or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-years of experience in customer service, reception, retail sales, or showroom operations would be advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable promoting products and providing sales recommendations to customers.
• Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and attend to all walk-in customers promptly, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
• Assist customers with their enquiries and ensure a positive showroom experience.
• Engage customers professionally and provide assistance where required to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on customer and operational matters.
• Record daily showroom traffic and assign sales leads to the respective Sales Consultants.
• Prepare the showroom for daily business operations, including music, television displays, price lists, specification sheets, and promotional materials.
• Ensure that point-of-sale and marketing materials are accurately displayed and replenished when required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception and showroom environment.
