Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Industries Pte Ltd invites applications for an Officer - Customer Service to join the Mercedes-Benz customer service team in Singapore. You will manage boutique and eShop promotions, assist customers, and handle cashiering and stock records to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail service experience and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with excellent customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service and knowledgeable insights to customers regarding merchandise.
• Manage and drive promotions and sales for Boutique and eShop.
• Assist customers in enquiries for boutique and eShop sales.
• Handle cashiering duties, manage, and keep proper records of daily inventory figures and balance.
• Organise and keep track of the boutique and eShop inventory level and re-stock when needed.
• Manage reservation orders and proactively updating status to customers.
• Ensure stock accuracy with monthly stock takes; support and work with the customer service and sales teams to improve customer experience level.
