Job summary

Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited, a leading automotive group in Singapore, invites a Product Expert to join Mercedes-Benz. You will work closely with the Sales team to present vehicles and inform customers about features and configurations.

You will address customer questions, demonstrate vehicle features, and help buyers choose the best fit. You’ll also run internal product trainings and stay informed on automotive trends, accessories and technologies.

Qualifications

Automotive product/technical knowledge required.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and competitors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to present and engage audiences.
Independent worker with analytical and planning skills.
Tech-savvy with computer and mobile device skills.
Passion for cars.
Valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

Support Sales with product details, communicating features and configurations to customers to build awareness.
Address customer questions, demonstrate vehicle features and help select the best-fit vehicle.
Conduct internal product training and knowledge tests for the Sales team.
Remain well-informed about automotive market, product knowledge, accessories, technologies and features.
