Responsibilities

• Provide first‑class customer service and knowledgeable insights to customers regarding merchandise
• Manage and drive promotions and sales for Boutique and eShop
• Assist customers in enquiries for boutique and eShop sales
• Handle cashiering duties, manage, and keep proper records of daily inventory figures and balance
• Organise and keep track on the boutique and eShop inventory level and re‑stock when needed
• Manage reservation orders and proactively update status to customers
• Ensure stock accuracy with monthly stock takes
• Support and work with the customer service and sales teams to improve customer experience level

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience
• Demonstrate good communication skills with an excellent customer service attitude
