Job summary

SYNT SG in Singapore is seeking Bottle Girls / VIP Hosts to join our new nightclub at launch. You will welcome guests, engage VIPs, and deliver friendly service while assisting with VIP table and bottle bookings.

You will promote events, build relationships, and encourage repeat visits, while collaborating with management and the events team to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences. Training is provided; evenings and late nights are common.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with VIP customers and guests.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

We are looking for outgoing, confident and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bottle Girls / VIP Hosts for our new nightlife and events venue.

This is an opportunity to be part of a new club from its launch and grow together with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests, including VIP customers
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the night
• Assist with VIP table and bottle bookings
• Promote the club, events, promotions and special occasions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming events and bookings
• Work closely with the management, promoters and event team to support event operations
• Assist in ensuring VIP guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience
• Support the team in achieving table booking and sales targets

Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced nightlife and events environment
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, events or nightlife experience will be an advantage
