Job summary

SYNT SG in Singapore is seeking Bottle Girls / VIP Hosts to join our new nightclub at launch. You will welcome guests, engage VIPs, and deliver friendly service while assisting with VIP table and bottle bookings.

You will promote events, build relationships, and encourage repeat visits, while collaborating with management and the events team to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences. Training is provided; evenings and late nights are common.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with VIP customers and guests.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, including VIP customers.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the night.
• Assist with VIP table and bottle bookings.
• Promote the club, events, promotions and special occasions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming events and bookings.
• Work closely with management, promoters and event team to support operations.
• Assist in ensuring VIP guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
• Support the team in achieving table booking and sales targets.
