Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to support the delivery of Building Management System (BMS) / Building Automation System (BAS) works for building services projects in Singapore. You will handle technical coordination, site installation supervision, testing and commissioning of BMS electrical and controls systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Building Services engineering.
• 2–4 years of BMS/BAS/controls experience in M&E projects.
• Knowledge of BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks/KNX is a plus.
• Able to read electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of BMS electrical works.
• Review drawings, control schematics, and documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Support testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation compliance.
• Provide technical support to supervisors and technicians.
