Job summary

FLARE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced consultant to support BHOM AIOps post go-live, keeping the platform stable and addressing issues. You will run upgrades and help customers maximize value from monitoring and automation.

The role requires 7–12 years in IT ops, hands-on BHOM/TSOM experience, and strong English communication. Expect shifts, on-call duties, and close customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in IT operations, monitoring, managed services or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with BHOM or TrueSight TSOM is essential.
• Experience performing platform upgrades, patching and migrations.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Linux and Windows.
• Experience integrating monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus or Azure Monitor.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear English communication.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or similar.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and on-call when needed.

• Assist customers in adopting HelixGPT and Intelligent Automation where relevant.

• Provide L2/L3 support for BMC Helix BHOM AIOps environments within agreed SLAs.
• Configure and maintain event correlation, noise reduction, Situations, service health, topology and root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain service models, dashboards and monitoring policies.
• Plan and carry out upgrades, patches and migrations.
• Manage integrations with BMC ITSM, Discovery, cloud platforms and third‑party monitoring tools.
• Work directly with customers on issues, KPIs, reporting and improvements.
• Help customers adopt HelixGPT and Intelligent Automation where relevant.

What you need
