Job summary

FLARE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BMC Helix Discovery Consultant to run and optimize environments post go-live. You will ensure scans run smoothly, CMDB data stays accurate, and the platform remains secure across hybrid and cloud estates.

The role involves installing, configuring, upgrading Outposts, managing schedules, and creating dashboards to monitor data health. Strong scripting and ITIL experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix Discovery / BMC Discovery (ADDM).
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Outposts.
• Ability to write and debug TPL patterns.
• Experience with BMC CMDB synchronisation and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX, networking, firewalls, certificates, SSH, WMI and SNMP.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, shell or SQL.
• ITIL-based support experience (incident, problem, change).
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or similar.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and on-call when needed.

Responsibilities

About the role
