AVENSYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BHOM AIOps Consultant to deliver L2/L3 operational support, configuration, and optimization of BHOM AIOps platforms for global clients from Singapore.

The role involves leading technical teams, ensuring platform stability, and enabling proactive automation. You will configure, upgrade, and integrate BHOM AIOps with ITSM, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms, while driving KPI reporting and service health dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7–12 years of IT Operations, Managed Services, Enterprise Monitoring, or Consulting experience.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as in global, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for BHOM AIOps platforms as per agreed SLAs.
• Administer, configure, customize, and maintain BHOM AIOps solutions to ensure platform availability and performance.
• Manage BHOM AIOps capabilities including Event Correlation, Situations, Service Health, Topology, Impact Analysis, and Intelligent Automation.
• Configure and optimize AI/ML driven BHOM AIOps capabilities such as anomaly detection, event noise reduction, predictive analytics, event enrichment, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain Service Models, Business Services, topology mappings, dashboards, and monitoring policies.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, customization, and performance issues across BHOM AIOps environments.
• Configure and manage integrations between BMC Helix solutions such as ITSM, Discovery, cloud platforms, and third-party monitoring tools.
• Lead or participate in teams comprising BMC Helix, partner, and customer resources to deliver successful outcomes.
• Drive adoption of monitoring, observability, and AIOps capabilities across customer environments.
• Collaborate with Service Owners and stakeholders to define KPIs, service health metrics, reporting, and operational dashboards.
• Plan and execute product upgrades, patching, migrations, and rollout of new platform capabilities.
• Support & Help Customer adopt HelixGPT, Intelligent Automation, and Agentic Operations use cases where applicable.
• Follow BMC Helix best practices and contribute to CSI initiatives.

BMC Helix AMSConsultant – BHOM AIOps

The Application ManagedServices (AMS) Consultant will provide consultative operational andpost-implementation support services for BMC Helix customers worldwide. Therole requires expertise in BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) AIOps andObservability, ensuring platform stability, proactive operations, serviceavailability, and continuous improvement. The consultant will manage incidents,problems, upgrades, patching, integrations, and optimization activities whilehelping customers maximize value from their monitoring and BHOM AIOpsinvestments.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for BHOM AIOps platforms as per agreed SLAs.

Skills &Experience

Core Qualifications

BHOM AIOps Expertise

• Strong understanding of:

• Business Service Monitoring
• Experience with monitoring policies, event management, service impact management, and operational analytics.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and lifecycle management activities.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift, Docker, Linux/Unix, and Windows environments supporting Helix platforms as well Good understanding of Cloud technologies, networking, databases, APIs, and enterprise application architectures.
• Experience troubleshooting issues across applications, infrastructure, database, platform, and integration layers.
• Experience integrating BMC solutions with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Azure Monitor etc.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing consulting skills.
• BMC Helix certifications such as BCA and BCP in TSOM/BHOM are highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITIL certification
• Exposure to HelixGPT, Intelligent Automation, Digital Workplace, and Agentic AI capabilities is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call support rotations as required.
