Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a BIO Analyst to support the Business Impact Office. You will manage data, generate reports, and coordinate programmes to drive agent productivity, growth, and engagement across channels.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, assist with budgeting, vendor risk assessments, and helpdesk support for BIO enquiries, contributing to digitalisation and customer-centric initiatives in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, business support, or data-related roles.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data management, reporting, and programme coordination.
• Support administrative, budgeting, planning and execution activities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Manage BIO helpdesk inquiries and vendor/customer risk documentation.
• Coordinate events, campaigns, and engagement activities.
