Job summary

XUAN YU CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling across the project lifecycle in Singapore. You will define and enforce BIM standards, build and govern the BEP, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, clash-free models.

The role focuses on model development, coordination, and documentation for design, construction, and handover with strong emphasis on quality control and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• BIM coordination across design and construction.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects and construction workflows.
• Strong documentation and modelling quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Establish BIM workflows, standards, protocols, naming conventions, and modelling requirements.
• Coordinate BIM across design, construction, and handover stages.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and prepare model updates.
• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, families, and project standards.
• Monitor compliance with BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
