Job summary

KWAN YONG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BIM Manager to own the BIM strategy end-to-end on MOHH, HDB and public-sector projects. You will lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers and coordinate across Architectural, C&S, and MEP disciplines.

You will ensure regulatory submissions via CORENET X, enforce ISO 19650, and drive model QA, 4D sequencing, and clash resolution. Main-contractor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of BIM experience on building projects with at least one major project lead.
• Main-contractor experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks; experience with BIM 360 / CDE and CORENET X.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM submission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Author and own BEP, coordination workflows and CDE structure.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination; chair meetings and drive clash detection to closure.
• Own regulatory BIM deliverables and ensure compliance for MOHH/HDB/GPE projects.
• Enforce ISO 19650 information management; model QA and LOD/LOI.
• Coordinate DfMA/PPVC/ precast coordination within the model.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Modellers; assign deliverables and track model health.
• Interface with project team, consultants, and client BIM leads as single point of accountability.
• Support 4D sequencing, quantity extraction, and model-based drawings for submission.
• Assist tender/bid with BIM deliverables and visualisations.
• Liaise with offshore modellers and discipline teams.
