Job summary

Long Hui Construction Pte. Ltd. seeks a BIM Manager to lead the digital construction strategy across projects in Singapore. You will establish standards, BEPs, and workflows, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure integrated models.

You will mentor BIM Coordinators, run coordination meetings, perform clash detection, validate models, and drive process improvements while managing software like Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 to deliver on time and with quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience in AEC industry.
• Proven leadership of BIM teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience with ISO 19650, BIM Level 2 standards and workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage BIM implementation across projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Develop BEPs with project teams.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and model integration across disciplines.
• Monitor BIM usage through the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies to improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor BIM Coordinators and Modellers.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, including clash detection and resolution.
• Provide BIM training and technical support to teams.
• Ensure BIM models meet quality and compliance with standards.
• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor schedules and deliverables; ensure timely completion.
• Manage BIM software and platforms (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and others).
• Coordinate with IT to maintain systems and integration.
• Suggest improvements to BIM processes and workflows.
