Job summary

BF Contractors Private Limited seeks a senior BIM Coordinator to lead digital construction initiatives in Singapore. The role oversees BIM strategy, standards, and CDE management while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with clients and suppliers to ensure project delivery.

You will mentor staff, develop BEP documentation, and drive data-driven decisions to improve quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering management or construction management.
• Minimally 6 years' experience in building construction and project execution.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• BIM Management / VDC certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the project BIM strategy and standards.
• Lead a team of coordinators/modelers across disciplines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define BEP and update.
• Develop and maintain project standards, workflows.
• Set up, maintain and manage the Project's CDE and filing structure.
• Foster collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage construction phase submittals, models, shop drawings and schedules.
• Prepare clash detection reports and 3D coordination schedules.
• Establish data management for BIM project information.
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams.
• Monitor BIM process performance and effectiveness.
• Encourage innovation with digital tools and methodology.
• Participate in BEP development and 3D coordination meetings.
• Oversee team to meet deliverables and schedules.
