Job summary

Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM processes across the project lifecycle, develop the BEP, and ensure compliance by all stakeholders.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary models (C&S, Architectural, MEP), manage construction-stage BIM activities, support IDD/VDC/IPD initiatives, and provide technical guidance on tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience establishing BIM processes, procedures and project frameworks.
• At least 3 years managing BIM during construction or delivering a BEP.
• Certified BIM Management qualification.
• Strong understanding of C&S, Architectural, M&E disciplines.
• Experience in project management and multi-disciplinary coordination on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and related software.
• Experience with IDD, VDC, IPD methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes, standards and workflows across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and oversee the Project BEP and ensure stakeholder compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across C&S, Architectural, M&E disciplines.
• Manage BIM activities during construction, including coordination, clash detection, reviews and issue resolution.
• Support IDD, VDC and IPD initiatives.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality and data integrity to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on BIM tools, workflows and best practices.
