Job summary
TOP SKY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Manager in Singapore to lead the execution and coordination of Building Information Modelling across the design and construction lifecycle.
You will develop BEP, set modelling standards, and ensure accurate, coordinated BIM workflows across consultants, contractors, and site teams. Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in BIM, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, M&E Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary construction projects.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and requirements applicable to Singapore construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Establish BIM workflows, standards, protocols, naming conventions, and modelling requirements.
- Manage BIM processes throughout design, construction, and handover stages.
- Attend BIM coordination meetings and prepare model updates.
- Establish BIM modelling and quality-control procedures and audit BIM models.
