Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Business Development Executive (BIM Consultancy) in Singapore. The role focuses on driving new project pipelines by identifying and qualifying leads within the AEC sector and promoting outsourced BIM modeling, coordination, clash detection, and VDC services to main contractors, consultants, and developers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B sales or account management experience, knowledge of Singapore BIM standards, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within construction services or engineering software.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Singapore's BIM standards, VDC workflows, and BCA electronic submission guidelines (CORENET).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to build immediate rapport with project directors and contracts managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Target main contractors, architectural firms, and MEP consultants requiring outsourced BIM manpower or project support.
• Needs Assessment: Evaluate client project briefs, tender requirements, and BIM specifications to identify service alignment.
• Pitching Services: Present consultancy capabilities, highlighting past project portfolios, clash detection expertise, and resource scalability.
• Meeting Generation: Schedule and coordinate technical alignment meetings between prospective clients and internal BIM Managers.
• Market Tracking: Monitor local public and private construction tenders to identify upcoming projects requiring BIM compliance.
