Job summary

PARK + ASSOCIATES PTE LTD seeks an experienced BIM lead to drive specialized BIM management across complex projects in Singapore. You will develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the design and delivery stages.

Role requires hands-on leadership, mentorship of the BIM team, and collaboration with architects and consultants to implement cutting-edge BIM strategies and technologies, including IDD, VDC, and IPD workflows.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
• Commitment to continual improvement and latest BIM developments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
• Capacity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.
• Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.
• Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.
• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.
• Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.
