Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business development across SEA in BIM consultancy and digital construction services. You will manage the full sales cycle, secure new opportunities with developers, architects and contractors, and build long-term client partnerships.

• Proven track record securing projects and developing new client relationships within Singapore's built environment sector.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Drive business development activities across SEA within the construction, engineering and built environment sectors.
• Identify and secure new opportunities with developers, architects, consultants, EPC contractors, main contractors and MEP contractors.
• Promote BIM consultancy, MEP engineering design, design coordination, clash detection, modelling and drawing optimisation services.
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, client engagement, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation and project award.
• Develop strategic client relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and support successful project execution.
• Track market trends, project pipelines, tender activities and competitor developments to identify growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales, business development or commercial experience within BIM consulting, engineering services, architecture, MEP, construction or related industries.
• Proven track record in securing projects and developing new client relationships within Singapore's built environment sector.
• Strong understanding of BIM services, engineering design processes, construction workflows or digital construction solutions.
• Experience engaging with developers, consultants, contractors, engineering firms and project stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage negotiations and complex solution-based sales cycles.
• Self-driven with the ability to independently develop business opportunities and market presence.
• Previous experience building sales pipelines, strategic partnerships or regional growth initiatives would be advantageous.
