Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Manager to drive BIM implementation and coordination across building services projects in Singapore. You will oversee model quality, ensure compliance, and coordinate with design, construction teams, contractors, and authorities.

You will chair clash meetings, perform model reviews, setup BEP workflows, and mentor BIM Coordinators. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in a related field, at least 5 years in BIM with leadership, and a BIM certification;

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years BIM experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Relevant BIM professional certification.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and other BIM coordination software
• Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM submission requirements and lead clash detection processes.
• Preferred background in Building Services Consultancy with BEP and CDE familiarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination across multiple building services projects

• Chair clash detection meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Perform model reviews and clash detection using BIM software, resolving design conflicts in a timely manner

• Coordinate multidisciplinary models spanning architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines

• Establish BIM execution plans (BEP), workflows, and quality control standards

• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Modellers, and liaise with clients and authorities on BIM submissions

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline
