Job summary

DP ARCHITECTS PTE LTD. seeks an experienced BIM lead to promote advanced BIM methodologies and oversee project implementation across integrated practice. You will manage collaboration among consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective information exchange and clash coordination.

The role requires hands-on development of BIM standards, content libraries, and automation to enhance digital project delivery in Singapore’s consultancy landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant consultancy experience.
• Proven BIM project implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
• Lead BIM project implementation and manage collaboration with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop processes, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools.
• Lead and develop BIM protocol, standards, and content library.
• Develop and execute development plan to improve digital practices.
• Develop automations for project delivery.
