Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Manager to oversee and coordinate BIM activities across projects, ensuring standards, processes, models and deliverables are implemented and maintained.

You will collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality BIM deliverables on time, while guiding BEP development, model federation and CDE governance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BIM across multiple disciplines.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards and workflows.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards and BCA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BIM implementation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, workflows and procedures.
• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct BIM coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve design and construction conflicts.
• Review BIM models and deliverables for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, engineers, site teams and other stakeholders on BIM-related matters.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and monitor the resolution of coordination issues.
• Monitor BIM deliverables and ensure submissions are on time.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure proper control of documents, models and information.
• Provide training and guidance to BIM Coordinators and project team members.
• Establish and maintain BIM modelling standards, templates and workflows.
• Review and manage model federation and information exchanges between stakeholders.
