Job summary

LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Drafter to develop detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and M&E teams for project construction in Singapore.

You will prepare accurate drawings for site use and assist with as-built submissions. The role involves collaboration with vendors, participation in technical meetings, and ensuring timely, precise deliverables across multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop/working drawings (Architectural/Structural) to aid project construction.
• Coordinate and rectify errors in plans and specs with Architects/Engineers/M&E.
• Assist site colleagues by providing timely and accurate shop drawings.
• Consult with site teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and redesign to minimize issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to prepare accurate drawings for site use.
• Create as-built drawings for project completion submission/hand-over to clients/consultants.
• Utilize BIM software for Arch/M&E/Structural drawing.
• Support tender processes in BIM/drafting as required.
• Attend technical meetings as needed.
• Ensure effective multi-disciplinary coordination works are carried out.
