Job summary

HITECH CONSTRUCTION (1982) PTE. LTD. seeks a coordinating professional to align architectural works with consultants, structural and M&E teams on Singapore projects.

You will review shop drawings and BIM models, resolve design clashes, and prepare and submit RFIs and related documents. Liaising with site teams and subcontractors, you will ensure drawings stay up to date and meet project requirements. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to ensure smooth project execution

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works with consultants, structural and M&E teams
• Review and check shop drawings and BIM models before submission
• Resolve design clashes and coordinate technical coordination issues
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, RFIs and related documents
• Liaise with site team and subcontractors for smooth project execution
• Ensure drawings are updated and in accordance with project requirements
• Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by Management from time to time.
