Job summary

ARTH DESIGN BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM coordination specialist to support large-scale construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and engineers, and prepare models and shop drawings for structural and architectural works.

You will lead an inhouse BIM offsite modelling team, liaise with clients and authorities, and maintain BIM standards across projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture with relevant professional accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years of coordination experience on large projects.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and standards.
• Experience producing shop drawings for structure and architecture.
• Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and engineers.
• Manage and prepare models and shop drawings to support construction works.
• Coordinate structural and architectural works during construction.
• Lead inhouse offsite BIM modelling delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities for issues.
• Maintain BIM systems and standards for projects.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and conduct technical meetings.
• Ensure subcontractors follow project specifications for BIM delivery.
• Conduct clash-detection and QA/QC on BIM models.
