Job summary
TOP BIM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Drafter to develop and coordinate BIM models for cleanroom, semiconductor, ACMV/HVAC and process utility projects in Singapore.
You will produce accurate 2D/3D drawings and resolve clashes with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage, with experience in AutoCAD and BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, and a background in high-technology facilities is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical/building services/BIM.
- 3–5 years of BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage is mandatory.
- Experience in semiconductor/cleanroom/high‑tech facilities is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary models.
Responsibilities
- BIM modelling, development and coordination across disciplines.
- Coordinate models across mechanical, electrical, piping, architectural, structural and facility services.
- Perform clash detection and resolve routing, space and constructability issues.
- Coordinate revisions and ensure clashes are addressed before issue for construction.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender drawings, site surveys, and support site coordination.
