Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop and maintain 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate closely with architects, engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and timely submissions.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, strong knowledge of industry drawing standards, and the ability to support site coordination and client presentations. 5 days work week, located in Ubi, with a competitive basic salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM modelling or drafting within construction/building industry.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with drawing standards and building codes.
• Ability to produce accurate 2D drawings and BIM documents for submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D BIM models based on project requirements.
• Produce accurate 2D technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Prepare drawings, schedules and BIM documents for project submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Perform model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Support project site coordination and resolve technical drawing issues when required.
• Provide BIM and technical drawing support to the Sales team for project presentations and discussions.
