Job summary

COSMOS DECOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models, drawings, and documentation for complex projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines, perform clash detection, ensure compliance with project standards, and support project teams with BIM execution plans and site visits as required. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and willingness to attend

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline is required (Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, Building Services or Construction Technology).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling, drafting or technical design experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM documentation.
• Familiar with BIM coordination processes and model management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings per project requirements and standards.
• Prepare and coordinate 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules, and technical docs for execution and construction.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure design information consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and constructability assessments to resolve conflicts.
