Job summary

PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Data Coordinator to manage BIM data and project templates for complex construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate architectural, structural and M&E teams, identify and resolve clashes, prepare and update drawings for submissions, and compile as-built documentation upon project completion to support accurate records and seamless handover. Qualifications

• Experience with BIM data management and project templates.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes.
• Experience preparing and updating drawings for submissions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data to meet project requirements.
• Create and update template files to uphold BIM standards.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve clashes and ensure design integrity.
• Prepare transmittals for drawings and submissions.
• Update drawing revision statuses to reflect changes.
• Compile as-built drawings at project completion.
