Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. requires a BIM draughtsperson in Singapore to perform drawing work using BIM tools and produce shop drawings for MEP systems.

You will report to the project manager, monitor modeling, clash checks, coordinate with architects, and ensure revised drawings are delivered within one week of comments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building
• Min 2 years experience in related field for this position
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into the BIM model.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
• Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with other design and construction professionals.
• Understanding of construction processes and workflows.
