Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a BIM Drafter to create and revise shop drawings using BIM tools, coordinating with engineers and architects. The role requires minimum 2 years of related experience and a diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building disciplines.

You will work with Revit MEP and Navis, ensure clash-free models, and help manage shop drawing submissions, reporting changes to the manager/engineer in charge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into the BIM model.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
• Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with other design and construction professionals.
• Understanding of construction processes and workflows.
