Job summary

LUM CHANG BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to construct 3D models and prepare shop drawings using BIM software for submission to authorities and on-site construction.

You will update the model with the latest information, ensure accuracy of drawings, monitor clashes, and support RFIs while aiming to meet the drawing submission schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Tekla and MicroStation – AECOsim for BIM modeling and shop drawings.
• Experience producing shop drawings for submission to authorities and construction.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred)
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla and MicroStation – AECOsim
• Experienced in production of shop drawings
• Other pre-requisites : able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance, good analytical skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
