Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM drafter to create and refine shop drawings using Revit and Navis. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate BIM models and timely shop drawing submissions for construction projects.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structure/Building, 2+ years of related experience, and strong BIM software skills. You will coordinate with the Project Manager and deliver revised drawings within a week of feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software; Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP systems integration within BIM models.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify clashes in the model.
• Good communication and teamwork with design and construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked


• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned


• Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes


• Liaise with architect


• Input finishing with more details (if any)


• Monitor/checking if there is any crashing


• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.


• Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager


• Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing.


• Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing


• Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing
