in Singapore seeks a BIM Drafter to develop shop drawings using BIM tools, coordinate with architects, and ensure timely updates with minimal clashes. You will report to the manager/engineer, monitor drawings, and deliver revised drawings quickly after comments. The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structure/Building, 2+ years in BIM/drawing, and proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, AECOsim, or Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in BIM/drawing for construction.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, AECOsim).
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural and MEP systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to resolve clashes in models.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with shop drawing processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Use BIM to perform drawing work as assigned by the manager/engineer.
• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and execute tasks accordingly.
• Monitor modeling and update drawings; inform Project Manager of changes.
• Liaise with architect to coordinate drawings.
• Input finishing with more details as needed.
• Check for clashes and resolve discrepancies in the model.
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Produce shop drawings as per details given by engineer/manager.
• Produce revised shop drawings within one week upon receiving comments.
• Familiar with Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing; Navis for checking.

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked

• Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building
• Min 2 years experience in related field for this position
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP systems and their integration into the BIM model.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
• Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with other design and construction professionals.
