Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeller to join its Technical Team. You will develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, and produce accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for construction and authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably on residential/condominium projects.
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards and BCA regulations.
• Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeller to join our Technical Team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining BIM models, producing accurate technical drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project teams to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.

Location: near to Dover

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disciplines
• Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards

Requirement
