Job summary

J ROGER PRESTON (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Revit Modeller to join our M&E consultancy team, producing accurate, coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

You will develop Revit MEP models, produce drawings, support clash detection, and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans. 2–5 years' Revit MEP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• 2–5 years' Revit MEP modelling experience.
• Proficient in Revit MEP; Navisworks and AutoCAD working knowledge.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) from design intent through construction documentation.
• Produce 2D drawings and schedules from Revit models.
• Support clash detection and BIM coordination (Navisworks) with other design disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans and company/industry standards.
• Manage model files and version control within CDE platforms (BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect).

• Manage model files and version control within CDE platforms (BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field


• 2–5 years' experience as a Revit MEP modeller, ideally in an M&E consultancy


• Proficiency in Revit MEP; working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD


• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
