Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is looking for a dedicated BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural) to support our Technical Team located in the Dover/Yishun area. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models and supporting design coordination to ensure high-quality construction project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong organizational skills. Join us in contributing to successful projects!

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and develop, update, and maintain BIM models.
• Coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Produce BIM documentation for submissions.

Skills

Experience in using Revit/BIM Software/Navisworks

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural) to join our Technical Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models, supporting design coordination, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Work location: Dover/Yishun area

Job Description :

• Interpret drawings and develop, update, and maintain BIM models
• Handle CBP model shop drawing submissions
• Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission
• Create and modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
• Maintain records of BIM and drawing versions, ensuring BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project requirement/instruction as stipulated
• Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification are required
• Support the Design Team in coordinating with other stakeholders as required

Job Requirement :

• Experience in using Revit/BIM Software/Navisworks
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit modeling and AutoCAD software in a consultancy environment is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
