Job summary

CHECC(SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Technician who can create accurate Revit models and develop 3D presentations for tender and construction.

You will prepare drawings and coordinate on M&E systems, ensuring proper annotation and detail for submissions. You will maintain BIM/CAD standards, develop plans/elevations/sections, and support required project deliverables. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and is based at a West location with a Bayfront site office move

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/M&E or BIM certificate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in BIM modelling on an operational level.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
• Working Location: West, with Bayfront site office relocation when ready.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models.

Job Descriptions:

• Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models.
• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Prepares 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirement.
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
• Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
• Mechanical & Electrical Services: Create detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems).
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E/ Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Working Location: West, and will move to Bayfront site office when ready.
