Job summary

CHECC(SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM professional to develop, update and prepare 3D models and shop drawings for client submissions and construction using BIM software. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with codes and project scope.

Based at the West office and deployed to Bayfront site office on project start, you will coordinate with sub-contractors, audit models regularly, and deliver high-quality drawings and documentation in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• BIM modeling experience in architectural or civil engineering projects.
• Hands-on BIM implementation with focus on large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong attention to codes, standards and project requirements.

Job Description:

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.


• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.


• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.


• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule and ensure accuracy.


• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.


• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.


• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.


• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM or a related field.


• Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience in the contractor, consultant or outsource service provider.


• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, often with a focus on large-scale infrastructure.


• Proficient in Revit.


• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.


• Initially based at the West office.


• Will be deployed to the Bayfront site office upon project commencement.
