Job summary

CHECC(SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Modeler to join the architecture team. You will develop and update 3D BIM models and shop drawings for client submissions using BIM software, keeping the model current with latest information.

Based at the West office and moving to the Bayfront office when ready, you will coordinate with sub-contractors to exchange updates and ensure all drawings comply with codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM modeling and coordination with attention to detail.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in contractor, consultant, or outsourcing provider.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D BIM models and shop drawings for client submissions.
• Keep 3D models current with latest information and perform regular audits.
• Produce 2D drawings and As-Built BIM documents per company standards.
• Align work with project scope and schedule, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure models/drawings meet applicable codes and specifications.
• Follow checking procedures to deliver high-quality BIM outputs.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for latest updates and models.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience in the contractor, consultant or outsource service provider.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, often with a focus on large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Will be stationed at office at West and move to Bayfront office when ready.
