Job summary

APTIV8 IT Solutions PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with 2+ years in the AEC field to deliver precise 3D models and well-coordinated drawings.

You will work with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks to produce architectural, structural, and MEP models, while upholding BIM standards and meeting project deadlines. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Ability to produce accurate 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural and structural disciplines.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure modeling accuracy.
• Assist in producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain and adhere to project BIM standards and protocols.
• Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in compliance with client requirements.

Position Overview

We are looking for talented BIM Modelers with at least 2 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and be able to produce accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards (BCA BIM e-submission, LOD requirements, etc.).
• Familiarity with other BIM-related software (SketchUp, Dynamo, etc.) will be an advantage.
