Recruit expert pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Lead BIM Engineer to lead BIM implementation and M&E model coordination for a large-scale, mission-critical development covering ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.

You will oversee multidisciplinary model integration, clash detection and resolution, ensuring installations meet spatial, technical and constructability requirements, and supervise BIM Coordinators to maintain standards and digital workflows.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of BIM experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities or other complex M&E-intensive developments.
• Strong experience in M&E BIM modelling and coordination, particularly ACMV/HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and fire protection systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM implementation and M&E model coordination for a large-scale, mission-critical development spanning ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.
• Oversee multidisciplinary model integration, clash detection and resolution to ensure installations meet spatial, technical and constructability requirements.
• Manage BIM deliverables, coordinated shop drawings, model quality and information exchange throughout the project lifecycle in line with standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, main contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues and enable accurate M&E installation.
• Supervise BIM Coordinators and Modellers, set modelling standards and improve digital workflows for construction planning and as-built documentation.

• Oversee multidisciplinary model integration, clash detection and resolution, ensuring building services installations meet spatial, technical and constructability requirements.


• Manage BIM deliverables, coordinated shop drawings, model quality and information exchange throughout the project lifecycle, in accordance with project specifications and established standards.


• Work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, main contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues and facilitate accurate, coordinated M&E installation.


• Supervise BIM Coordinators and Modellers, establish modelling standards and improve digital workflows to support construction planning, site execution and as-built documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.


• At least 8 years of BIM experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities or other complex M&E-intensive developments.


• Strong experience in M&E BIM modelling and coordination, particularly ACMV/HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and fire protection systems.


• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, with practical experience in clash detection, shop drawing coordination and installation planning.
