Job summary

SVP Integrated Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Designer to perform drawing and design work using BIM software, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and assisting in daily project operations.

The role involves coordinating with the construction team and liaising with all parties involved, plus supervising subcontractors to meet contract drawings and timelines. The candidate will also monitor progress, uphold safety and productivity, and coordinate with clients and consultants

Responsibilities

• Drawing and design work using BIM software.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications.
• Assist in day-to-day project operations, coordinating with the construction team and liaising with all parties.
• Assist in supervising subcontractors/workers to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure productivity, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate effective coordination of work activities.

Job description

• To perform drawing and design work by using BIM Software;
• Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements;
• Assist in manage day-to-day project operations including coordinating activities with construction team and liaise with all party involved in the project;
• Assist to supervise and control sub-contractors/ workers to carry out their works accurately and ensure timely completion of projects to the contract drawings and specifications;
• Assist to monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and all safety precaution till completion of projects;
• Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with project team, clients, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities.
