Job summary

Realtech Electrical Pte. Ltd. is seeking a drafting professional to prepare detailed drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built phases using BIM modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit.

You will assist Project Engineers and Project Managers, maintain current drafting technology, and ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings. Site coordination with builders and trades will be a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as built status using BIM modeling, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels.
• Stay updated with drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
• Plan all drawing requests to meet submission deadlines.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all drawings and maintain archived soft copies.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for M&E installations and construction projects from sketches or notes.
• Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages to required mediums and specifications.
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to ensure conformity with design concepts.
• Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct site inspection and coordinate M&E systems with builders works and other trades.
• Perform documentation and administration tasks related to site installation and coordination.

• 1. Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as build status by using BIM modeling, AutoCAD, Revit
• 2. Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels.
• 3. Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
• 4. Plan all drawing request to meet te submission deadline.
• 5. On time delivery of all drawings, correct and accurate drawings and maintain soft copy of archieve drawings.
• 6. Draft plans and detailed drawings for M&E installations and construction projects working from sketches or notes.
• 7. Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages.according to required mediums and specifications for reproduction using blueprinting, photography, or other duplicating methods.
• 8. Review rough sketches, drawings, specification, andother engineering data received from engineers to ensure that they confitm to design concepts.
• 9. Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
• 10. Site inspection and co-ordination of M&E system with builders works and other trades in the project.
• 11. Documentation and administration works related to the site installation and co-ordination works.
